Nature of our services

Thera Glow Rx is a telehealth platform that facilitates online consultations between patients and U.S. medical doctors licensed in the state where each patient is located. Thera Glow Rx does not itself practice medicine; all medical decisions are made by the consulting physician.

A prescription is issued only when the consulting doctor determines it is medically appropriate after an evaluation. Submitting an intake or completing a consultation does not guarantee any prescription or treatment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. state at the time of your consultation. You agree to provide accurate and complete health information; withholding or misrepresenting information can create serious health risks.

Not emergency care

Thera Glow Rx does not provide emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Compounded medications

Some treatments discussed may involve medications prepared by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not individually reviewed or approved by the FDA. Your doctor will explain the benefits, risks, and regulatory status of any option before it is prescribed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access systems without authorization, or use the services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thera Glow Rx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
