Consultation fees cover the time and clinical evaluation of a licensed U.S. medical doctor. Once a consultation has been completed, the fee for that consultation is not refundable, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.

Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full consultation fee.
Medications
Prescription medications dispensed by a pharmacy cannot be returned or refunded once shipped, as required by pharmacy law. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and the dispensing pharmacy promptly so we can make it right.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or discuss a billing concern, contact us through the contact page with your name and appointment details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
